Refund Policy

Returns

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Eloura Sydney. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided it meets the conditions below:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item received.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method. Please note that depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the funds to reflect in your account.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, contact us at info@eloura-sydney.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for returns, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items marked as final sale

Return Process

  1. Email us at info@eloura-sydney.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide return instructions and a return address.
  3. Ship your item back to us, ensuring it is properly packaged.
  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this period, we cannot guarantee a cancellation as the order may have already been processed.
