At Eloura Boutique Sydney, we aim to process and fulfill all orders within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details when applicable.

2. Shipping Timeframes

5. Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. If an incorrect address is provided:

  • Orders shipped to an incorrect address are not eligible for refunds.
  • If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can reship it at the customer's expense.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are handed over to the shipping carrier. If you experience issues with delivery, please contact the carrier directly.

7. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, the order may already be processed and cannot be changed.
